i am in a first year of articleship. can i transfer articleship?

yes, you can take transfer
you need to take 109 and get it signed with your boss nad send it to icai with in 30 days from the date of transfer along with the id card obtained under old employer
no prior approval required from icai
later you can join with new employer and file 103 as usual
