Abadment in service tax for travel agent service

i registered with service tax dept 2 years before(in 2009), till date not filed any service tax returns and now from this october i am planning to levy service tax on bill amount. pls let me know any abadment in respect of travel agent service ( not a tour operator) and also i want to know the consequences of non filing of service tax returns.

Agencies other than package tour and accomodation, abatement is available 60%.
If u want to file return now for last two years, u have to file it with interest.

any idea about whats interest? or isit possible to get de register of service tax registration ? bcoz my turnover does not cross 10 lakh per annam.
