Is there any way to know the exact date of linking aadhar & pan?
For the purpose of higher deduction of tds

Visit the Income Tax e-filing portal.
Under the ‘Quick Links’ heading, click on the ‘Link Aadhaar Status’.
Enter the ‘PAN number’ and ‘Aadhaar Number’ and click the ‘View Link Aadhaar Status’ button.
If the PAN - Aadhaar linking is not completed, it will lead to tax deduction/ collection (TDS/ TCS) at a higher rate under Sections 206AA and 206CC of the Income Tax Act, 1961. This is because of using an inoperative PAN for transactions.

Through this procedure we only get the status but not the exact date on which aadhar-pan is linked..

No. Not possible, only client can tell it when it was linked by him/her.
