Invoice is dated of June but we are making payment in July. Seller had filed TCS returns for those invoices. Now, should we pay for the same invoice on Taxable amount or should we get revised invoice from the seller?

Since this transaction pertains to June, the seller is primarily responsible to collect tax at source. What for do you require revised invoices?
