Dear sir,
An Indian entity providing software service to Foreign client outside India, This entity does not have any relation with the foreign client as an associated enterprise.
my query is does this enterprise liable to furnish audit report u/s 92E in Form No.3CEB as they entered international transaction by way of service.
PLease let me know as early as possible

The ans is yes as there is international transaction by your indian client and all provisions of transfer pricing is applicable.
