92e applicability to service provider to abroad

29 September 2013 Dear sir,

An Indian entity providing software service to Foreign client outside India, This entity does not have any relation with the foreign client as an associated enterprise.

my query is does this enterprise liable to furnish audit report u/s 92E in Form No.3CEB as they entered international transaction by way of service.

PLease let me know as early as possible
