I want to know
1. 80G registration proceddures
2. can a trust give form 15G for TDS not dedution
3. Can a Mandir reg. u/s 12A, apply for 80G registration?

21 August 2013 Procedure for registration of *)G is as follows:
1) Apply to the Commissioner of Income Tax for exemption u/s 80G with the following documents
a) Last 3 Year's Audited Balance Sheet
b) Write up on the activities carried in last 3 years
c) Proof of activities
d) Copy of Bank account
e) Copy of PAN
f) Copy of main object and instrument though which the charitable trust or organisation formed
The office of cit WILL EXAMINE THE PAPERS and accordingly the exemption will be allowed.

2. Yes 15H can be given provided it is in time.

3. No mandir cannot be registered u/s 12A and cannot also apply for 80G because in the Mandir you do worship of a specified God or goddess which does not come under the definition of charity. In case if you can add something with the activities of the Mandir then it can go ahead with both the matters

1. 80G registration is online rightnow, so whether we should go for online reg.? what hard doc. we have to submit after online reg.

2. Kindly give me sample writeup on the activities carried on.

3. What types of proof of activities will be required.
