80G Deduction while calculating TDS on Salary u/s 192

Dear Friends,
We are a Company giving Salary to Employees & deducting TDS on their Salary u/s 192.
Should we give them deduction of the donation given by them in calculating TDS?
In case of yes or no, please provide some refernece of Law or Circular so i can take printout & show to the employee.
We are giving them deduction u/s 80C, 80D, 80E.

Deduction U/s 80G is generally not anot allowed when calculating TDS on salary,however deduction is allowed for contribution made to Various PM/CM fund.

While Calculation TDS you dont have to Include Sec.80G Deduction in Benifit but even if your company gives Permission or if Company annouced some donation that we have to contribute in any crisis in Country then that Deduction u can take in TDS Dedution. otherwise Your Employee can Claim Refund of 80G Benifit in their IT Return.
