can anybody explain about sec.80EE in simple word,

For ay 14-15 and 15-16 additional 1lac shall be allowed as deduction for payment towards interest on loan taken for purchase of resudentsil HP in addition to 1.5lacs.

Needless to sY that extra 1 lac would if available only if interest liability exceeds 1.5 lacs.
