To claim deduction u/s 80DDB,
If medical treatment is done in private hospital
A)How to obtain the certificate,
B) Is it mandatory to obtian certificate from a Govrnment Hospital Only.
Please provide a detail info.

Dear John As Per my knowledge it is mandatory to avail certificate from government hospital
that is form 10-i and also from a disease specialist.
