15 January 2020 I am a state government employee of uttar pradesh.For financial year 2019-20, u.p.govt.contributed 14% of salary(basic+d.a.)in my NPS account.please tell me that I am eligible for 10%or14% under 80CCD(2)for income tax calculation.
