I am accountant in pvt ltd company. I am CA final studednt. Will I get the deduction U/S 80C , Tuition fees paid for attending CA classes.

23 February 2011 No you will not get the deduction u/s 80C.
The Deduction is available for tution fees paid for any two children. This deduction is not available on tution fees paid for self or spouse or anyone else other then child.
Also your father can not claim this deduction as deduction for tution fees is available only on full time regular courses.
