26 August 2012 Dear all,
I have sold a resi.property in March 2012.
I had taken a home loan on this prop.in the year 2008.
can i get the rebate under 80 c for the principal paid on the loan in the year 2011-12.I pre paid the loan in March 2012 itself.
Is it compulsory to hold a prop. for 5 years to claim the rebate under 80 c
