i have an exemption in law.....do i have to go tomorrow and inform it there or it'll get adjusted automatically???

exemption certificate kept for further reference duly signed by concerned dept.
i mean if you got it then copy of exemption certificate provide by ICAI after submit Requisite fee.
it will display on ur admit card too.
