5 year time deposit with post office

can you please advice me on 5 year time deposit with post office for deduction under 80C.

In addition, in case of premature withdtrawl what will be impact on total Income for that finacial/previous year.

I need to invest Rs. 100000/- before Mar-14 so please advice me according to updated guidelines.
