whether benefits of 44AE are available specifically to truck owners only or bus opeartor, taxi owners, auto rikshaw driver or tour operators etc.. can also n'joy.

No.$$AE is only for goods Transport Heavy/Small Operator. It is not applicable to others.Very Clear from the language of the Section. The Section is now under abolish from coming accounting year. Section 44AD (New) will have wide application to a range of Traders.
