27 February 2013 Sir, I gone through the page of critical analysis of sec. 44 AD of the ca club India\ https://www.caclubindia.com/articles/critical-analysis-of-section-44ad-9048.asp#.US3hYzD-Fi0 - where it is specified that the sec. is applicable on service provider also.
