I am opting sec. 44ad and I have provided total of sales and bank balance on 31 march to my CA.
He is asking details like purchases and sales tax deposited by me during the FY. I am wondering why he is asking such details when I am opting 44AD.
Please advise me.

03 August 2012 44AD is the special provision for computing profit of business of civil construction @ 8% of the gross receipts paid or payable in the previous year on account of such business. the professional was asked the sales tax deposited for counter check not else. other details to myknowledge is not desirable.
