a doctor have a salary income of 6 lakhs and professional income of 7 lakhs ,whether he has to do tax audit.

No. Because the language is the gross receipt from business or profession.Salary should not form part of profession.

U/S. 44AB Tax audit provisions are attracted only in if the gross receipts from profession.
Hence audit not applicable in your case.
