30th September of the concern Assessment year. I.e for F.Y 2011-12 it is 30-9-2012. The details of Tax audit report shall be included in ITR form under the schedule "Other Information" Fill this along with your ITR and submit with in due date as well as in ITR you have fill the details about the auditor and its firm. It means you submitted Tax audit report.
