is there compulsory to file return itr-4a if tax payer running only one heavy truk

No, assessee can opt to file ITR-4 or ITR-4S as per his choice.
However, if he declares profit for plying of truck is less than 5000 per month and total total income is above taxable slab, he has to gets books of accounts audited and have to file ITR-4.
