My CA has withdrawn from auditing our accounts suddenly without ant notice or reasons. I tried meet him but he was not available. He is refusing to talk on phone.
what steps I sud take to get my audit completed abd file returns in time.

Recover your Books of Accounts from ur present CA, and Consult another CA for the same...

Send him a SMS stating that your CA is responsible for delay return and penalty and also state that if he is not interested then over SMS let him resign and appoint another CA on the basis of SMS
