LOGICALLY TWO SETS OF APPLICATION TO BE MADE, ONLY ONE SET TO BE GIVEN TO CUSTOMS , TAKE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT IN THE SECOND COPY. SECOND COPY TO BE RETAINED IN YOUR OFFICE FOR ANY FURTHER QUERY/ ISSUES IF ANY RAISED BY THE DEPT.
