I HAVE QUERY REGARDING SECTION 40A 2 (b) IN 3CD. IF A PERSON SALE OR PURCHASE TO HIS RELATIVE THEN IS IT NECCESSARY TO SHOW SALE OR PURCHASE FIGURE IN 3CD ?

As the provision deals with expenditure where payment is to be made, only purchases made during the year from relative is to be disclosed.

CAN WE SAY THAT PURCHASE IS A EXPANDITURE BECAUSE I DONT THINK THAT PURCHASE IS EXPENADITUE AS PROVISION OF TDS IS NOT APPLICABLE ON PURCHASE.
