11 September 2013 if Mr. A has two business one in delhi and other in bombay both are covered in tax audit and audit is done by two different CA then how to upload the 3CD form electronically.?and which will upload the 3CD?

12 September 2013 Tax audit is applicable person per se and not business wise. Mr A will be liable for tax audit and not his business at diff places. only one audit report to be submitted.
