3cd due date in case of transfer pricing

18 September 2013 Please tell me the due date for filing of tax return of a pvt. ltd. company with transfer pricing audit applicable for AY 2013-14. Since TP Audit is applicable, some people are of the opinion that Form 3CD and Form 3CEB, both will have due dates as 30th November, 20131, while some people have advised that due date of Form 3CD will be 30th September, 2013. Please let me know asap.
