is signature of CA and Party is required in online filed 3CD and 3CB

NO, since 3CD filing is requirement of Income Tax which is complied by digital signatures for filing.

Softcopies of Form 3CB & 3CD have to be filed online by the CA with digital signature. The return has to be filed online by the assessee with digital signature. Since soft copies of Forms are filed, these require digital signature.
