29 October 2013 Tax audit query. form 3cd clause 28 mention the details of vat for previous year means for examples income tax return filed fy 2012-13 for form 3cd mentioned vat details fy 2011-12 or 2012-13

31 October 2013 By the way FORM 3CD clause 28 will ask auditor to report on quantity details of rawmaterials and finished goods as precribed format
.

no where we dont need to provide VAT details in clause 28
.

please check your clause no. of form 3CD (reporting on which you have doubt) and post here back,,

however as said above we no where required to show details of f.y.11-12..we suppose to do reporting as per f.y.2012-13
