i want to know whether trading done in Future and Options is also covered u/s 372A. if yes, how do we make entries in register maintained u/s 372A because in F&O margin fluctuates on a daily basis.
pl sugggest?
1.60% of its paid-up share capital and free reserves or
2. 100% of its free reserves.
Normally, this limit is not surpassing.
Also Company whose principal business is the acquisition of shares, stock, debentures or other securities are excempt from this section.
