All the 3Cd is important and its level of importance will differ from business to business and industry to industry.
Still important clause related to following sections are important
Sections :- 40A(2)(b) , 40A(3),43B, 269SS , 269T , Depreciation as per Tax , Vat credit Details, dividend , Stock details, Ratios, Accounting policies.
