3. here you need to fie form 24 A along with following attachment application grounds of application list of directors interested & nature of Interest gross amount for which approval required along with period MoA & AOA Declaration from MD/WTD/CS Draft agreement Board Resolution and check form if any other doc required submit hard copy of this set to RD office of your jrisdication along with challan of form 24AA and also attach with Form get acknowlwdgement and send one copy to ROC of all this set
