27 April 2010 A private company has 2 directors husband and wife.

The company outsourced some BPO work it got to a soletrader firm carried by wife.
The value of the work is close to 10 lakh and the rates for work done are not at market rates

Does this require any central govt approval?

27 April 2010 No need for this. Because actual value of the Service Contract can never be calculated.

For example, Some doctor takes Rs. 100 for Prescription, Some Rs. 20 and Some Rs. 500.

So, If U carefully thought over that it doesn't come under that
