292A is applicable to public ltd. having paid up capital of not less tha Rs. 5 crores, but upto which date it is to be comply with suppose x unlisted pub. ltd. co. paid up capital increase in March 3,2010 the formation of audit committee & all compliaces have to be mentioned in annual report of 2009-10????? or it is applicable from the financial year 2010-11?????

the board meeting in which business for increase in captal is taken shuld also consider formation of audit committee. so u will hav to include in annual report 2009-10.
if capital is increased in nov. 10 thn include it in annual report 2010-11
if capital is increased in nov. 10 thn include it in annual report 2010-11
