in my 26AS TDS deducted by one party but their is no income generated by me. file under scrutiny and ito add back the income which was not claimed by me. not able to trace the party also. please help.

first of all you won't take set off of Such TDS shown in 26 AS. If you have not taken credit of such TDS then prove to ITO that there was not any transaction to related period with the related party.
