26AS reconcilation Kiya tab pata chala ki kuch transaction 26AS pr hai but mere pass uska kuch data nahi hai.. to mujhe kya uski JV book karni padegi... Agar ha to kaise book Karu... Example plz

Agar aapke 26AS statement mein kuch transaction show ho rahe hain lekin aapke paas us transaction ka data nahi hai, to aapko us transaction ko apni accounting records mein sahi tareeke se book karna zaroori hai. Yahaan ek example diya gaya hai jo aapki samajh mein aayega:
**Scenario:**
Aapke 26AS statement mein ek interest income ka entry show ho raha hai jo aapki bank account se credited hua tha, lekin aapke paas us transaction ka bank statement ya koi aur proof nahi hai.
**Steps to Book the Entry (JV Entry):**
1. **Identify the Transaction:**
- Transaction ki details 26AS statement se note karein. Example: Interest income Rs. 5,000.
2. **Create Journal Voucher (JV):**
- **Date:** Transaction date jo 26AS mein mention hai.
- **Particulars:** Interest Income Account (Credit) aur Bank Account (Debit).
- **Amounts:** Interest Income ke hisaab se Rs. 5,000 Credit aur Bank Account se Rs. 5,000 Debit.
Example JV Entry:

3. **Narration:**
- JV entry ke saath ek suitable narration likhein. Example: "Booked interest income as per 26AS statement for the month of [Month-Year]."
4. **Save and Post:**
- JV entry ko apne accounting software ya ledger mein save karein aur post karein.
**Note:**
- Yeh JV entry aapki financial records mein accurate reflection honi chahiye.
- Agar aapke paas kisi bhi transaction ki detailed information nahi hai, to aapko us transaction ko 26AS statement ke hisaab se book karna important hai, taki aapki financial statements sahi aur transparent ho.
