24Q - TDS Return

18 May 2025 We had filed Form 24Q for the first two quarters of FY 2024-25. However, the company ceased operations thereafter. Now, the employees who worked during that period are requesting Form 16 for filing their income tax returns.
I would like to know:
1. How can I download Form 16 Parts A and B?
2. Is it necessary to file Form 24Q for Q4 of FY 2024-25, for downloading Form 16?
