Dear all
i want to know abt treatment of excise refund in the case of sales return and material rejection. how can we claim the excise refund or made reversal entry in the case of sales return or material rejction

You can take the Cenvat Credit basing on the Invoice Rejected or the Invoice raised by the party by stating rejected material.
