23AC--very very urgent

05 March 2009 hii frnds,

i hv certain doubts which is related to 23AC which needs to be uploaded.

1. Is it mandatory to attach all the documents including schedules in form 23AC.??

2. I downloaded 2 additional attachments and filled the necessary data and also attached pdf documents. now when i fed 23AC and attached remaining documents, the size exceeded 2.5MB. hw shld i proceed??? pl help me.

05 March 2009 Hi Sangita.. the attachments should be scanned in black and white and 75Dpi resolution,, so that size is less.
Also when you sign the form everytime-do it SAVE AS instead of SAVE, this will help in removing load of temporary files created in the process. Hopefully this would work

hw will cm to know the resolution????ie 75dpi. is it that wen i scan in black and white color the size reduces????

05 March 2009 When you scan a document in black and white, the size reduces. While scanning, the settings of the scanner can be changed through properties or such option
