SIR A PERSON HAS ALREADY A PAN NUMBER SINCE 7 YEARS AGO BY MISTAKE HE IS AGAIN ALLOTED 1 MORE PAN ..AFTER THAT HE SRRENDER EARLIER PAN AND HE IS FILLING RETURN TROUGH HIS NEW PAN ..........IS EARLIER CAPITAL IS BROUGHT FORWARD OF EARLIER PAN

One has already been surrendered.
