2 bank account but one account given in itr

06 July 2015 i filed irt 1 for the a.y 2015-16
in this return i showed only one bank account that too salary account, after filing the client told that he had another account

so what should i do now?

should i file revised return?

I think that should be fine, Only make sure that all the transactions of other acount reflect in the income tax return. If that is not the case you need to file a revised return.

But if its only mentioning the account details that should be fine.
