Contractors are the entity who undertake job from the principal directly. For Eg. Party 'A' take contract from a Government agency. Here party 'A' is the contractor and government is the principle.
When party 'A ' engage party 'B' for a portion or in full of such job, party 'B ' will be called as sub-contractor.
When party 'A ' engage party 'B' for a portion or in full of such job, party 'B ' will be called as sub-contractor.
