16a for interest

last year we issued yearly form 16A for interest on unsecured loans but from current year it is compulsory to issue quaterly form16A from nsdlsite.Now how can we issue yerly Form 16A while we credit and pay annualy interest?

Hi,
If you credit and pay interest annually, assuming on 31st of March, you need to issue tds certificate of 4th quater.

Yes you will issued 4th quarter form of unsecured loan if you pay interest more than 10,000
