29 July 2015 My company is paying $52 per month for an online application does it require to give 15CA and 15CB for every payment made???

What if my total payment during the year to various supplier excess Rs 250000/-????

29 July 2015 15CA is compulsary for all the transaction of outward remittance.
However you can get relief of obtaining 15Cb in case total outward remittance if below Rs. 2,50,000/- in a year and single transaction is below Rs. 50,000/-
