26 April 2016 My client has made foreign remittence without obtaining 15 CB certificate(which has to be given by CA). for FY 15-16. now bank is forcing them to produce form 15 CA. my querry is is it possible for me to file form for fy15-16 in new form which are issued by government. plz reply earliest. and thanks a lot in advance

26 April 2016 Dear Mr. Vijay, We now have no other alternative than to issue them the latest 15CA - 15CB. This is because you cannot issue old 15CA since it'll ask for acknowledgement number of 15CB. The certificate is issued before payment. So I doubt if you can get old certificate done. try it out. plus a.y. shall be 2017-18...
