Greeting of the hour.

one of my client wants to convert NRO A/C to NRE A/c. The said NRO A/c was earlier converted from NRE A/c. Again he want to convert NRO to NRE A/c.

Plz suggest, How to Fill Form 15CA & 15CB in this case.

For 15cb, would suggest to contact your CA.

09 August 2012 15CA & 15CB is specially designed for actual remmitances of fund but in case of conversion of NRO A/C to NRE A/C there is no remmitance out side India. In this case how to fill the form. If anyone have filled form, plz mail me. My email id is cakaish@gmail.com

10 August 2012 1. Its a peculiar case of 15cb. Consider hypothetically that the transfer is from a NRO to NRE (NRO is resident & NRE is NR type).
2. Use the same 15cb format.
