15 ca form withdrawl

25 January 2017 Our client has filed form 15 CA part D on 28.12.16 on income tax website with a proposed date of payment of 31.01.2017. However client decided not to make payment on 20.01.2017. As per rules one can withdraw form 15CA within 7 days of online filing. My question is what should my client do in such case?

26 January 2017 Form 15CA can't be withdraw after 7 days of filing..your client have to prove that no remittance were made on such form 15Ca once query raised by income tax department .
