Dear All,
I wanna know if any remittance is made to non-resident against purchase of raw material/capital goods,Is Form Form 15CA & 15CB mandatory?

Form 15CA & CB is mandatory for outside india remmitances.It is procedural part in this case TDS will not be but you should file the form 15CA & 15CB. It department may look or require assurance in form of certificate, the test of PE in this case
