Dear Sir, I received a Draft Order U/s 144C and I want to appeal against it before DRP. How to file appeal before DRP - manual or online, and in which form. Please guide.

The appeal before the DRP must be filed within 30 days of receiving the Draft Assessment Order. Here's how to file it Online:: Form 35A: Procedure:
Log in to the e-filing portal of the Income Tax Department (www.incometax.gov.in) using your credentials.
Navigate to the e-filing section and select "Income Tax Forms."
Choose "Form 35A" and fill in the required details.
Upload the necessary documents, including the Draft Assessment Order and supporting evidence.
Verify the details and submit the form.
You will receive an acknowledgement upon successful submission.
Log in to the e-filing portal of the Income Tax Department (www.incometax.gov.in) using your credentials.
Navigate to the e-filing section and select "Income Tax Forms."

The process has been transferred to Faceless Assessment Scheme, 2019.
Once logged in, find the "e-File" menu.
Look for the Compliance portal & check Notices section.

Dear Sir, when we login on www.incometax.gov.in with our PAN. And see the e-file drop down menu, there is no option for appeals. Please guide. On which web site to login where appeals section is available.
