139(9) notice of itr 7 error code 57

15 June 2015 We have received a notice from CPC U/s 139(9) of IT Act regarding defects in ITR 7 which we have e filed already by us. Notice is mentioning Error Code 57 " The income of Assessee exceed 2 lacks and Audit flag is No." But our Trust/Society is not registered U/s 12A of IT Act and Gross receipts of the Trust/Society is below One crore. We have claimed exemption U/s 10(23C)iii ad of the IT Act. Audit U/s 12A(1)(b) is not required for this. If we have Flag Audit, audit details shall be mentioned and to file Audit report in 10B which is not required for our Trust/Society.

Please guide us how to rectify the defect return

16 June 2015 we have called to CPC lot of times but the phone no's are working in IVRS system no body is answering directly
