These are based on PAN of the organization.
TAN is issued to the entity whenever liable for deduction of TDS.

OK sir, becasue I have got the doubt that when we apply for the lower/non deduction TDS, we will get the certificate based on the TAN number, but not on the PAN. Thank you so much sir.
