what will happen if 120 days passed after e filling but itr V not sent to dept.

The Dpeartment has extended the time limit of 120 days till 31st October 2015 for AY2013-14 and 2014-15.
Nevertheless you can still send ITR V as CIT CPC has the power to condone the delay take up processing of return.
